Learn. Do. Inspire. That’s what we believe in here at Jubi! It’s not just a catchy slogan, but how people actually learn in real life. Any skill you have learned, that is fairly complex, was probably not gained by simply watching a few videos or attending a class. Learning is not an event, but a process. That process is threefold – Learn. Do. Inspire.

Over the next few posts, we’re going to be breaking down each of these ideas and why we believe they are so important to modern learning. First up…Learn. 

Training is for dogs…learning is for people! We train dogs just to do certain activities, but we want people to actually engage with the content and walk away better because of it.

We know that this not an event, but a process. That process starts with learning or simply absorbing the content. This can be delivered in so many different ways. We begin with what we call a quest. The quest can deliver any content you want through many different mediums, like games, videos, and quizzes.

Delivering content in different mediums leads to a more engaged individual. Content alone is not enough. Research shows that the environment I’m in when I learn new content, determines if I’ll actually do anything with it or not. That’s why it’s crucial to begin the learning process with engaging mediums and ways of interacting with the content – whatever it may be.

Learning is only the start of the process – there’s much more to creating an engaged and high performing organization. Check back in as we explain why “doing” is so important to the learning process in our next post.
