Kennesaw State University’s digital badge programs deliver practical knowledge, backed by research, proven in practice, and ready to use, 24/7, 365. The programs integrate educational content with the best practices in gamification and mobile learning. Innovation in higher education, it’s happening every day at KSU. Digital badges, when combined with a traditional university degree, can be a powerful way to show others your passion for continually updating your knowledge and skills. Colleges and universities need to be at the forefront of this new micro-credentialing movement. Digital badges will prove valuable to our students, to our alumni, and to individuals who cannot afford, or are not scholastically ready, to attend college.

What does it mean to be a leader? What sets apart those who lead? Is it possible to take your leadership to the next level or do you simply need to be “born to lead?” Fortunately, leadership skills can be consistently developed over time – but you cannot learn them on your own. “Next Level Leadership” will guide you through a process of accelerating your leadership skills so they can be immediately applied to your current work. As you work your way toward the goal of earning your digital diploma in Next Level Leadership you will be sharing ideas, stories and encouragement with your fellow leaders. Enjoy the journey!

The Engagement Journey Challenge
Here is an opportunity to have your team leaders experience The Engagement Journey by joining other AAMC members participating in a unique program designed to equip leaders on how to effectively develop an engaged, high performing team.
There is no need to schedule time away from work to participate. We are using a next-generation leader-activation platform known as Jubi that combines micro learning, practical application, and peer coaching – all within a highly transparent environment.

Lead to Inspire is a digital program that will help you create and sustain a high-performance team. Powered by Jubi, it is broken into bite-sized pieces–making it easy to digest over time. Also it has gamification and social features that makes using this with a team memorable and more of a challenge.
Triumph Over Asthma
Jubi is pleased to present an educational opportunity for people living with asthma and their caregivers. A leading asthma expert and a patient living with asthma will help us explore what is means to take control of this chronic lung disease.
During this engaging program, you will be able to:
- Identify six signs of poorly controlled asthma
- Gain a greater understanding of the emerging research in asthma treatment and management
- Access tools and resources to help you better manage your asthma or your child’s asthma.
With 1 in 10 people in the U.S. affected by asthma-related issues, this interactive program can be used as part of a company’s wellness management initiative.
