What is Jubi?

Jubi is a next-generation cloud-based platform that engages employees in an ongoing process of progressive achievement. Jubi’s unique value proposition centers on the platform’s ability to drive validated behavioral and business outcomes, at large scale, for any body of desired content. Jubi delivers this unique value proposition through its proprietary and innovative “LEARN-DO-INSPIRE” architecture. Jubi combines methods and technologies in a seamless experience that, in that past, had to be purchased separately.

How does a user access Jubi?

Jubi is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is accessed through a simple web address using any laptop or mobile device with a browser.

Can Jubi work on our local servers?

No. Jubi is a cloud-only application hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Does Jubi work on any web browser?

Yes. Jubi will work on any modern web browser including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Explorer 9.0 and above. Explorer 8.0 is NOT compatible with Jubi as it does not support interactive features essential to the Jubi experience.

Is Jubi mobile ready?

Yes. Jubi is built using web responsive technology that automatically optimizes the user experience based on the size of the device screen. No app or other downloads are required to gain the full Jubi experience on a mobile device.

Is Jubi Secure?

Yes. Jubi is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and all customer data is secured by AWS. AWS maintains the highest security standards available in the cloud computing industry and Jubi add additional layers of security specific to the needs of Jubi’s customers. The Jubi security policy is available upon request.

How do I get content into Jubi?

Jubi has developed an embedded authoring suite that makes it easy, intuitive, and fun to develop programs in Jubi. In addition, the Jubi Authoring Suite enables program authors to develop the content, social, and game mechanic elements of their program in one place. Jubi can provide full or partial program development instructional and media services through its certified Jubi authoring partners on a fee for service basis.

Can I brand Jubi with my brand identity?

Yes. Jubi is a “white-labeled” platform that can be modified to take on colors and logos essential to maintaining any customer’s brand identity.

Can I change the names of menu items?

At the current time the majority of the core menu and navigation items are fixed. The term “buddy” can be modified to a term selected by the customer. As Jubi moves forward and gains more customer feedback, other menu and navigation items may be opened to customer customization.

Is Jubi an LMS?

No. Traditional LMS’s provide more administrative functions that enable the tracking of what learning is taking place in an organization. eLearning courses can be developed and then uploaded to the LMS for delivery to a target population. Jubi is a next generation platform that optimizes the ENTIRE user environment to drive user engagement and meaningful outcomes.

Can Jubi interface with our LMS?

Yes. Jubi can exchange data and act as the delivery channel for content stored in an LMS. Jubi provides data well beyond the course start, complete, and test scores available from an LMS.

Is Jubi SCORM compliant?

Essentially yes however Jubi moves beyond the limitations of SCORM by using the Tin Can (Experience) API. The Tin Can API allows Jubi to capture learning experiences beyond courses.

Does Jubi handle Single Sign On (SSO)?

Yes. Jubi will work with industry standard SSO protocols and custom interfaces can be developed as part of a customer implementation.

What data and reports can I get from Jubi?

Jubi continually captures a robust set of data important to users, managers, sponsors, and talent leaders. At a high level Jubi captures four types of user data in alignment with the Jubi “LEARN-DO-INSPIRE” architecture:

  • LEARN: Program content activity including levels, quests, and challenges completed along with question-answer and polling statistics.
  • DO: Program application activity including the number and quality of To-Do items completed.
  • INSPIRE: Discretionary user activity including engagement with INSPIRE triggers, discussion forums, optional content exploration and content contribution
  • OUTCOMES: Jubi enables program developers to link To-Do items to underlying Key Performance Indicators in order to create line of sight between progress through any Jubi program and progress on more lagging business success measures.

Jubi delivers data through real-time dashboards and through flexible export functionality. In addition, Jubi is working a set of user defined alerts and notifications to drive high value engagement based on user behavior.

Does Jubi provide technical support?

Yes. Jubi provides a standard tired approach to technical support using a technical support team and issued tracking system as part of all customer subscription agreements. The Jubi technical support Service Level Agreement (SLA) is available upon request.

How do I implement Jubi?

Jubi has a team ready to support your Jubi implementation that is tailored to the specifics of your implementation. The team could include content partner leadership, Jubi principals, a Jubi implementation manager, the Jubi technical team, content partner and/or Jubi instructional design and media resources. The Jubi team along with its content partners will steward you through a process to ensure your implementation strategy and detailed plan is captured and managed.

What resources do I need to implement and manage Jubi?

During the implementation process Jubi recommends that clients create an implementation guiding team that includes the sponsor, a project manager, content/focus area owners, a Jubi administrator, IT resources, and Jubi program authors if required. Following go-live the Jubi administrator has the ability to easily manage the key aspects of the organizations Jubi instance using the Jubi administration panel. In addition, Jubi recommends that the guiding team stay in tact in order to review and take action in the rich bed of data and analytics Jubi provides.

Does Jubi provide training?

Yes. Jubi provides training for Jubi authors and administrators as part of the fee for purchasing the Jubi authoring and administration suites. In addition, Jubi can work with you to ensure your end-users have what they need to receive the maximum impact from their Jubi experience.

What does Jubi cost?

For all Jubi implementations there is a setup fee that is dependent on the type and scope of implementation, and the need for custom interfaces. The only other startup fees include the purchase of the Jubi administration suite and Jubi authoring suite if desired.

If you are purchasing a pre-developed program from a Jubi content partner you will pay a total program fee per named user that includes the program content, all the Jubi features, content support from the content partner, as well as technical and administrative support from the Jubi team. Specific pricing and duration of access is defined during agreement discussions.

If you are purchasing a platform-only license you will pay an annual fee per named user that includes all the Jubi features, as well as technical and administrative support from the Jubi team. Base pricing per named user is established in tiers and is finalized during agreement discussions. The minimum duration of platform-only license is one-year with discounts available for longer term commitments.
